No, we do not sell any files themselves. We only sell the service of printing provided and approved files. We do have a store for some models that we have licensing to print. When you use Tachyon 3D Printing, you can either provide your own 3D print-ready files, or choose from our store that offers a selection of licensed models for printing. We prioritize quality and precision, and our team is dedicated to bringing your designs to life with the latest 3D printing technology.

Any orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for products purchased from our store. However, for custom prints, while cancellation is possible, we will only issue a refund after deducting material and time costs already expended. We strive to provide high-quality custom 3D printing services, and this policy allows us to manage the costs associated with custom projects. Thank you for your understanding.
